LOGISTICS AND DIAGNOSTIC CHARGES POLICY

1.  Purpose and Scope

Patio Tech, as an Authorized Navimow Dealer, performs warranty service on Navimow products regardless of where the product was purchased, in accordance with the Navimow Inc. After-Sales Service Policy then in effect.

This Policy establishes the fees applicable to the logistics and diagnostic services that Patio Tech provides in connection with those services, which are distinct and separate from the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

This Policy does not modify, limit, or condition the Navimow Inc. Limited Warranty. The End User's rights under that warranty remain intact.

2.  Definitions

Warranty Service: Repair or replacement of defective parts covered by the Navimow Inc. Limited Warranty and authorized by the manufacturer.

Logistics Services: Pick-up, transport, handling, packing, storage, and return of the unit, as well as travel by technical personnel to the End User's property.

Diagnostic Service: Technical evaluation performed to determine the nature of the fault and whether it is eligible for coverage under the Limited Warranty.

End User: The natural or legal person in possession of the Navimow product who requests service.

3.  Governing Principle

Patio Tech does not charge for labor or for parts covered under a warranty claim approved by Navimow Inc. Those costs are compensated by the manufacturer.

The fees described in this Policy correspond solely to services that the manufacturer does not cover and that are incurred by Patio Tech or by the End User, as contemplated in Section 1.5 of the Navimow Inc. After-Sales Service Policy, which provides that the Company shall not be responsible for expenses and costs such as freight and travel incurred by the Dealer, its sub-dealers, and customers.

No fee under this Policy constitutes a condition for access to warranty service. An End User who delivers the unit by their own means to our facilities and elects standard service processing will incur no fee when the claim is eligible under warranty.

5.  Diagnostic Evaluation Fee

5.1  Every unit received for service will undergo a diagnostic evaluation.

5.2  The diagnostic fee is charged in advance and is credited in full to the End User if Navimow Inc. approves the claim as eligible under warranty. In that event, the End User incurs no net cost.

5.3  If Navimow Inc. determines that the claim is invalid — whether because it results from external factors, misuse, or because the product is outside the warranty period — the diagnostic fee is retained as payment for the technical work performed.

5.4  The result of the diagnosis and the manufacturer's determination will be communicated to the End User in writing.

6.  Out-of-Warranty Services and Denied Claims

6.1  Where a claim is denied by Navimow Inc., or where the product is outside the warranty period, Patio Tech will provide the End User with a written repair quotation at a reasonable market price, in accordance with Section 3 of the Navimow Inc. After-Sales Service Policy.

6.2  No out-of-warranty repair will begin without the End User's prior written authorization.

6.3  The End User may decline the repair and retrieve the unit. In that event, only the diagnostic and logistics fees already incurred will apply.

7.  Disclosure and Prior Authorization

7.1  Written estimate. Before accepting any unit, Patio Tech will provide the End User with a written estimate setting out the fees applicable under this Policy, the refundable nature of the diagnostic fee, and the estimated service time.

7.2  Authorization. The End User must sign the estimate and the service order before Patio Tech accepts the unit. No fee will be charged that has not been disclosed and authorized in writing in advance.

7.3  Publication. This Policy will be available at Patio Tech's place of business and on its website.

7.4  Additional charges. No charge not contemplated in the original estimate will be added without the End User's further written authorization.

8.  Service Times

8.1  Patio Tech will process warranty claims within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the unit is received, consistent with the Navimow Inc. Turn Around Time standards.

8.2  That period may be extended for causes outside Patio Tech's control, including delays in manufacturer authorization or in parts availability. The End User will be notified of any extension.

9.  Uniform Application

Patio Tech applies this Policy uniformly to all End Users. The fees established here do not vary according to where the product was purchased. Patio Tech imposes no fee, requirement, or condition based on the product having been purchased from a seller other than Patio Tech.

10.  Reservations

10.1  This Policy is issued without prejudice to the End User's rights under the Navimow Inc. Limited Warranty, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and the applicable regulations of the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO).

10.2  Patio Tech reserves the right to amend this Policy. Amendments will not apply retroactively to service orders already authorized.

10.3  In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Navimow Inc. After-Sales Service Policy, the latter shall prevail.

10.4  This Policy is issued in English and in Spanish. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the SPANISH version shall govern, except where applicable Puerto Rico law requires otherwise.
